$$$ - What Am I Spending?

I've started to realize that I've been getting a bit out of control with my spending on beauty products...
So... I've decided to add my spending to my blog to help me keep things in check.  I couldn't find all of my receipts from this past month so I'm just going to start off with what I could find.

Why??  I'm hoping that writing about what I'm purchasing will help me to see where I'm wasting my money...

So for starters:

ULTA: 1/15/2011
Conair Instant Heat Curling Iron - $14.99
Derma Oxygen Cell Rejuvination Peel - $14.24
Conair Extreme Big Curls Hair - $29.99

I know that I also bought a few other things over this month so I'm going to assume that about $100 was spent...

So far I have no regrets buying any of it but if it changes I will let you know. :-)

Smashbox Photo Finish Light Face Primer

I’d like to talk about the Smashbox Photo Finish Light Face Primer.

This product feels so good on my skin! It’s so silky and smooth and it helps decrease the look of my fine lines and wrinkles… What girl doesn’t love that?

This is and will be a part my daily skin care routine for a long time… After  my moisturizer has a chance to soak in, I apply one pump of this all over my face. Then, typically I’ll apply my foundation but even if I’m not planning on wearing any type of foundation I’ll put this on.  Smooth like budda!!... OK, so in reality, I don't use this daily.  It's way to expensive, and it tends to break me out if I use it to many days in a row...

If you have oily skin and have been looking for something to help control it... I would definitely recomend this product!www.saphora.com and www.ulta.com

However it does have a higher price tag of $36 but I think you can also buy the travel size for around $18.

I think it’s worth the price but after this bottle I think I might try some cheaper alternatives…  We will see
