I’m officially starting my fitness plan of 2013.
I’ve only come up with a few different exercise routines
so far, but I have a few more planned to put on paper for myself. I’ve come to realize that I need a clear precise
plan in front of me before I start anything.
If I don’t do this then I seem to always get distracted and not do what I
originally wanted.
So for today, this is what I did. I literally just jogged in a circle in my
basement for the “RUN” portions. I don’t
have a treadmill or an elliptical machine or I would have used that. So, with my piece of paper, my phone with a
timer on it, and my Ipad with a playlist, I was set to go… this is what I started
with.

This is what I looked like after that… I know scary right!!??
After that I wanted to incorporate a bit of core work
with 2lbs dumbbells. I sort of just did
a couple different reps of side bends, arm holds, core twists…
I then did a cool down, and took a shower J
Let me know what some of your favorite after workout
routine is?
A few bits….
·
It felt great to be moving again
·
4 years ago, I quit smoking cigarettes, my lungs
still hurt from it L
·
My dog followed me thinking I was playing a game
while I jogged around my basement
·
I almost threw up twice during this workout...
sigh
·
Be sure to have a towel on hand to wipe sweat
off your head… I forgot mine
·
An hour after this work out, I feel more
energized J
